Whatever you're facing, maybe things from your past affect you in the present, your relationships, emotions or being able to achieve your goals may feel too difficult day to day. Or there may be a feeling of stress and overwhelm that keeps making life feel harder.
We may work in a creative way, mapping out together where you are now, what is impacting you, where you would like to be emotionally or in terms of your life goals. We may decide a good route is to focus on processing stuck emotions or we may consider how a particular thought process is holding you back. It can help to notice how past experiences shape current beliefs in order to move forward.
